INTRODUCTION  The Gilchrist Trust is an unusually well-funded phychical research group established by the late Dr. Franklin Gilchrist, an eccentric millionaire.  The Trust has a very specific charter.  If they can deliver substantive proof of the supernatural by late 1930, the Trust receives a lifetime of funding and support.  If they fail, the money stops cold. LONDON   CLUES LEADING INTO LONDON   Jonah Kensington, the editor at Prospero Press in New York gave the investigator‟s the names of two persons Jackson Elias had mentioned he had spoken with in London while he was there: 1) Miles Shipley, a reporter for a tabloid newspaper called “The Scoop,” and 2) Inspector Barrigon of Scotland Yard. 3) Edward Gavigan:  The investigators recovered the business card for one Edward Gavigan, the Director of the Penhew Foundation, from Jackson Elias‟ corpse.  The Penhew Foundation is named after its founder, Sir Aubrey Penhew, a member of the Carlyle Expedition. Campaign Background

  Call of Cthulhu – The 1920’s     A little background to set the scene for the 20’s.  The characters are all based inNew England, although the adventure may take them world-wide.  The campaign will start in January 1925, although if I run a quickie intro scenario it will probably be set in June 1924 to give the characters sufficient time to rest and recuperate.
